RETURN POLICY

Thank you so much for your purchase! Sorry it didn't work out :(

- We have a 14 day exchange/refund policy for STORE CREDIT only.

- If the return is accepted please be advised that you, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges.

- In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition.

NO JEWELRY / ACCESSORY RETURNS

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

STEPS TO A RETURN

  1. To start a return please email AmericanOutlawsCo@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return
  2. We will notify you once the request has been accepted or denied 
  3. You will have the choice to either receive a prepaid shipping label by email (the cost of the label will be subtracted from your return  store credit amount) or purchase your own label
  4. Once we receive the returned package we will send an email with your store credit information ! 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. To start an exchange please email AmericanOutlawsCo@gmail.com with the order number and exchange request
  2. We will notify you once the request has been accepted or denied 
  3. You will be responsible for purchasing your own return label
  4. Once we receive the returned package we will send out your exchange and notify you when it ships


ADDITIONAL NOTES
